Data Deletion

MuseMentor provides in-app controls for deleting individual tutorial records and app account data.
Delete a tutorial
Open History, choose a tutorial record, and use the delete action. This removes the source photo, generated result, tutorial content, and related workflow records for that item from your account.
Delete account data
Open Profile and choose Delete account data. This removes your app account record, tutorials, uploaded photos, generated images, profile data, wallet records, and app-owned history from your account.
Support request
If you cannot access the app, email ttmeigou@163.com from the email associated with your account and request account data deletion.
External processors
AI, authentication, payment, and infrastructure providers may retain records according to their own policies and legal obligations. MuseMentor deletion removes app-controlled data from your account.
