MuseMentor is a cosmetic guidance app that turns a user-provided selfie into an AI-assisted beauty result and a step-by-step makeup tutorial.

Account information: internal user ID, Apple sign-in identifier, Google sign-in identifier on non-iOS builds, email address when provided, display name, avatar URL when provided, session tokens, and account deletion status.

User content: selfies you capture or upload, generated result images, tutorial records, workflow state, support messages, and optional beauty profile fields such as skin type, skin tone, concerns, goals, notes, and product avoidances.

Purchase and credit information: App Store product IDs, backend order IDs, App Store transaction IDs, wallet balance, credit ledger entries, refunds, and purchase support history. Apple processes payment card details outside MuseMentor.

Operational information: app events, feature interactions, upload and generation status, error messages, diagnostics, performance timing, device platform, app version where available, country-level IP/device-region signals, IP address in server logs, and security/audit logs needed to operate the service.

Website information: the public website may collect basic access logs. If Google Analytics is configured on the website, it may collect website usage data for web analytics. This website analytics is separate from the iOS app privacy label unless the same collection is added to the iOS app.

Selfies are used to check whether a photo is suitable for the requested beauty workflow, create an AI-assisted beauty result, generate a makeup tutorial, show your history, provide support, and improve reliability of the requested service.

Native MediaPipe quality checks may run on your device before upload. Those on-device face landmark checks are not collected unless the app separately uploads the photo or related workflow data to the backend.

AI providers may process uploaded photos, generated images, prompts, and tutorial context only to produce the requested output and operate the workflow. Generated results are AI-assisted and may be inaccurate or affected by image quality, lighting, pose, hair coverage, and model limitations.

MuseMentor is for cosmetic guidance only. It is not medical, dermatology, mental health, or identity-verification advice.

We use information to authenticate users, maintain sessions, provide the selfie-to-tutorial workflow, store history, manage credits, verify App Store purchases, prevent duplicate crediting, process refunds when applicable, respond to support requests, protect against abuse, debug errors, and maintain service reliability.

We may use aggregated operational data to understand performance, failure rates, and product quality. We do not use your selfies for third-party advertising.

We use service providers for Apple sign-in, Google sign-in on non-iOS builds, App Store in-app purchases, AI generation, Tencent Cloud COS storage, database hosting, email support, operational diagnostics, and website hosting or analytics.

We share information with those providers only as needed to provide, secure, support, or troubleshoot the service. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party ads in the app. We do not track users across other companies' apps and websites for advertising or advertising measurement.

We keep account, workflow, photo, generated image, credit, purchase, support, and diagnostic records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain history, support purchases and refunds, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

You can delete individual tutorial records from History. You can delete app account data from Profile. Account deletion removes app-controlled account records, tutorials, uploaded photos, generated images, profile data, wallet records, and app-owned history from your account.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, payment systems, AI provider systems, Apple systems, Google systems, storage infrastructure, or other processors for a limited period according to their retention schedules, legal obligations, security needs, and operational requirements.

You can choose not to upload a photo or not to save optional beauty profile fields. Some features require account sign-in, photos, credits, or purchase records to work.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help by emailing ttmeigou@163.com from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

MuseMentor is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact ttmeigou@163.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated sessions, server-side purchase verification, access controls, and object storage controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in the countries or regions where we and our service providers operate. Those locations may have data protection laws different from your home jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last revised.
